Cycle of Conferences

Under its European Citizenship program, the Evens Foundation is organizing the Cycle of Conferences in collaboration with universities and institutions in various European cities.

The project was initiated because of the deep and widespread concern about the growing distance between European citizens, especially young people, and the European institutions.

All conferences have their own format but share one and the same goal: to hear the views and insights of critical but inspiring European keynote speakers and to provoke dynamic debate among the audiences, which will include many young people with passionate ideas about the kind of Europe they want to live in.
